BOTTLE OH BOTTLE

V-1
I wonder each day what I can do,
When to this bottle I talk about you?
Why do I still feel this, regret,
Cause the bottle is supposed to make me forget?
Each night as about you I do think,
As with this bottle I talk and drink.
This bottle is suppose to tell me,
That your memory I will no longer see.

Chorus
Bottle oh bottle what are you doing for me,
For you know her face I still can see.
Her memory isn't suppose to be found,
For drinking with you, it is suppose to drown.

V-2
Now, bottle for so long we have been friends,
And together we have heard the passing winds. When just bottle, you and I did meet,
I thought new thoughts my heart would greet. Bottle the years so fast,
For, you and me did pass.

Chorus
Bottle oh bottle what are you doing for me,
For you know her face I still can see.
Her memory isn't suppose to be found,
For drinking with you, it is suppose to drown.

Bridge
As the hours become days,
I thought bottle, you would keep me in a daze.

V-3
Bottle I thought this you would help me get through,
Not thinking about her and being so blue.
Bottle oh bottle, can you tell me now,
Why you saw fit to let me down?

Chorus
Bottle oh bottle what are you doing for me,
For you know her face I still can see.
Her memory isn't suppose to be found,
For drinking with you, it is suppose to drown.

Her memory isn't suppose to be found,
For drinking with you, it is suppose to drown.
