…Simply Because You Cared…Adrian You gave me back my life one day, When I thought it was over, For at times this life's been so hard, It was never a bed of clover. I have never given up or gone under, Because I always fight the good fight, But this time was different… And I lived in nightmares of the night! No-one seemed to be able to help me, I thought I was going to slip through the net, But then one day, the sun came out, And that's the day you and I met! You came into my life on a breeze, And blew all my fears away, Gave me hope when I had none left, Brought me a blaze of light instead of grey! You took control of the situation, And brought about a strength in me, Because I knew as surely as God is God, That you would put right the wrong in me! You had an idea of the fear I had, And the pain in this heart so blue, Because I could tell you how I felt, And you brought a faith that I had in you! I was so very blessed by God, The day He brought you into my life, For He knew just what to do, To rid my fear and strife! He decided He was going to help me, And bring about a life good and fine, So He brought you to me, and now… That good life is now finally mine! No matter where you go in life, And no matter what you do, You will always be blessed by God, For the goodness that's in the heart of you! God decided one special day, To bring about this life…! Of a man so good and fine, To ease people's pain and strife…! So then one day Adrian came along, And made people well, gave them life, Worked his magic, on one and all, And rid lots of fear and strife!
