FAILUREThat's all I am to you I fail in everything I do In every step I take, you're waiting for me to fall You always make me feel so small. When I fall on the ground I hear yelling all around. The yelling isn't helping at all. I try to get up, but back down I fall. You can't even imagine the pain I go through. You don't know me and I don't want to know you! You wonder why I treasure my friends? Well it's because they treasure me, You will never know because my friend you will never be! You deserve an award for the best actor I know Because in public, your true identity you never show. You say your man of GOD, so who are you to judge? Remember, I will never forget and like you I will hold a grudge. You don't know me, I am not like you. Just because you made wrong choices doesn't mean I am going to. To you, all I am is a failure and that's all I'll ever be. Thanks for all the encouragement you never given me! Thanks for never believing me! Because all of this has made me realize, you I will never be! You're not perfect, so quit acting like you are! Trust me, from it, you are far! Why can't you accept me for who I am? Just let me be me, cuz you will never understand! You never see the good things I do, Only the bad things get through to you! You make me feel so ugly, dumb and small My friends try to convince me that that's not me at all. You don't know what I go through, so quit pretending like you do. You were never the class president with AP classes and everybody looking up to you. You don't know what it's like to be me So quit trying to make me see. Why don't you open your eyes? Why don't you live in my world full of hate and lies? Why won't you put yourself in my place? Maybe then you will understand the things I have to face.
