Words of Life, Love and Praise

In The Mist

Oh the finery among the trees
So delicate and mystical
It gently rides on thin breeze,
Reaching above to meet the very tops
Then hangs amidst the branches,
Caressing the tender bristles and leaves.
That is what I wish myself to do,
Now that I choose to go…
I leave behind some dear friends
And a loved heart I came to know-
Ah, but it is indeed time for me
All things indeed do end,
But if things are meant to be
We shall meet up once again.
I say adieu to those sweet ones here,
And blow you all a gentle kiss-
Such great anticipation,
As I merely float off within the mist.
