Waited


With all that has happened I am waited with wonder about why

My thinking is that others should have been picked

But only I was from all  -  so strange to me it seems

I stand alone and watch and wait

Each rise and each set I wait  -  alone

No wind of hope to guide my thoughts

I wonder  -  I ponder

Am I the only one  -  alone

Am I the last  -  I search

Yes I am alone

Yes I am the last...
