carry me away
how dark a great vision moves its course
across the ivory tower we cannot love when
the heart is at rest oh the lily fields are a thin
thread that plays the simplest flute an instrument
on the ground
in gentle gales the heavy clouds are worried for us
they cannot know how dark our days will
take its bitter praise and your gentle stream will carry
me away across the night full of stars.
across the ivory tower we cannot love when
the heart is at rest oh the lily fields are a thin
thread that plays the simplest flute an instrument
on the ground
in gentle gales the heavy clouds are worried for us
they cannot know how dark our days will
take its bitter praise and your gentle stream will carry
me away across the night full of stars.
