His Power in Our Weakness

Deuteronomy 20:1-4

When you go to battle against your enemy,
Even if more troops, never feel gloomy;
As your tanks and humvees being so near,
And the Lord God is with you, never fear.
God has brought you to this point thus far,
As each battle come nigh in this evil war;
The chaplains coming to the troops to talk,
Another day of battle is never a cakewalk;
Let not your hearts become faint in stress,
Pray and allow the Lord your God to bless;
Do not tremble with fear of an early grave,
God will help fight as your faith will save.
Our enemies seem to be always around,
At times we feel like they even surround;
Especially in New York City on that day,
Unsuspected aircraft that had gone astray;
Now we do battle in a new surrounding,
Asking God on the way we are heading;
Praying to the Lord for His blessedness,
Providing His power in our weakness.
