Radical's Poetry

The Parody (of a parody) (to the tune of "The Middle" by Jimmy Eat World)

Hey, don't write your song just yet
It's only in your head you feel you're "on"
and being witty
Just try your best, write every quip you can
And don't you worry if they tell themselves
your songs are sh__y

It just takes some rhyme, ittle bit o' humor, little paradigm
Every song, every song will be just fine
Every song every song will be alright (alright)

Hey, you know you're songs are lame
You know you're really not close to approaching Weird Al's charm
Write right now
Yeah, stay in the game
And if you have a good editor, you won't have to buy the farm

It just takes some rhyme, little bit o' satire, little paradigm
Every verse every verse will be just fine
Every verse every verse will be alright (not worse)
It just takes some rhyme, ittle bit o' humor, little paradigm
Every song, every song will be just fine
Every song every song will be alright (alright)

Hey, don't delete your song out yet
It's only in your head you feel a lout
With writer's block
Just write your best, with pencil or pen
And don't you worry if they tell themselves
Your songs all suck

It just takes some rhyme, little bit o' satire, little paradigm
Every verse every verse will be just fine
Every verse every verse will be alright (not worse)
It just takes some rhyme, ittle bit o' humor, little paradigm
Every song, every song will be just fine
Every song every song will be alright (alright)
