What A Heart He Has...Bollix is a word you use a lot, But dearest Dan, you should be shot! All stressed out and up the wall, Working a job that takes your all! You worry and fret and are close to tears, Wondering how you can allay people's fears. But you are not God; you are just my Dan, A very special and caring man! You don't have the choice in the job you do, So you put hurt in your heart this is so very true. But remember this well Dan, no matter what... You give them your all, the best is what they've got. You can't see it for yourself, this is so true, But trust me Dan, plenty of others do! They see inside your heart and soul... But within that heart lays a gaping hole! If you didn't do with caring and love as you do, Imagine the people's unhappiness - without you! For your heart is hurting, always in pain, You torture yourself...over and over again. But trust in the knowledge that you are the one, Who makes life easier through things you've done. For though you have heartache for the hurt and strife, Remember this well...you ease their life. For you're a man that cares with a heart so true... And you'll be loved with a love especially for you. So never falter and never wavier Dan... Just do your job to the best you can. And know in your heart and in your head... You always do your best - that has to be said! And lose the stress within that heart so true... And enjoy this poem with love, from me to you. Horses Ass!!! It's All Gud Tho, Innit! Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem |
