Life's Struggle
Loneliness, sorrow, rejection and despair.
Lifetime emotions we’ve all had onetime
or another to bare.
Head in my hands, tears in my eyes,
Sometimes I wonder if it could all be
lies.
To bare the cross,
to keep the faith,
to run the race,
or just save face.
Oh! What an up hill struggle its been!
But you know…
given the chance,
I would do it all
over again!
