Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god

Sometimes you don't know what you are to me

Sometimes you don't know what you are to me.
A simple reminder that there is goodness in all,
Or a deafening cause for remorse.
But you are special to me,
And after spending a month and a half
Trying to forgive myself for being an awful person,
I guess all I can do is say to you that
Sometimes you don't know what you are to me.

Even though our fights had gotten bad
In the months that prevailed before the unforgettable expulsion,
I know that we were the
Two who kept sh!t together, for the most part.
We kept each other together,
And now that it is over,
I feel that another chapter in the book of my life
Has either been ruined or cut short,
And I've had to rewrite another on in its place.

This chapter is far harder to write due to excessive and incessant writers block
That only died away recently.

If only we looked harder and deeper
To see what we mean to each other,
Then maybe solace would come our way.

(but knowing us, we are cursed and forced to just maintain)
