Realities have witnessed what I have gone through...
In my dreams and reveries, still...I awaited you
Do not lead me on and leave me confused
I'd rather be left than have my heart used
Dont get oh! too close if you'll just pass by
Giving you up is divine than everyday, a lil'...I'll die
What if I told you am starting to care?

I posted this poem again at another forum, Echoes Of My Soul, to reminisce the memories, a way to greet a friend a Happy Birthday...again, for this another year and years to come where his memories continue to live on. I thank the man that inspired me to write this poem, eventually awarded of such recognitions. Although we're no longer in touch now, the memories live on...and it was good while it lasted. I feel a lot better off leaving my girl friend's mind at ease.
