How luckier am I than other mere mortals
being present with myself through all portals
'Twas divine providence that has blest me so
that I am with me wheree'er I go.
What besting feature causing jealousy doth I possess?
Can it be thick auburn hair I lovingly caress?
More 'haps it's my bright azure eyes
people gaze in oft mesmerized.
It could be my cheeks with soft pinkish hue;
Little wonder 'tis the envy of you.
Perhaps my chin with just a slight cleft
others whisper dismay after I've left.
My torso, even more so; maybe posterior
others admire hating their inferior.
My legs? Could be an extremity,
or possibly my unique personality.
With many perfect features which are the problem's crux
I must remain content with all and rejoice much.
