Blinded By Tears

She stumbles forward
Falls to the floor
Blinded by tears
As she grabs for the door

Hoping to make it
To be freed from her mind
The thoughts follow close
Can she leave them behind?

She cries for help
Only her echo calls
Grasping and clutching
To imaginary walls

In the end she gives in
Consumed by her fears
Knowing there is no way out
When you're blinded by tears
