Sometimes I dream
when Man was young
Where heroes dwell
and tales were spun
Where happiness lay
when time was free
The dawn of life
was the other half of thee.
They search for justice
with innocence and rights
Strengthening it with courage
with the belief they are right
To love with a fury
like this was their last breath
Following a cause
though it meant death.
Now we live
in a time that is not me
Where bravery is the dollar
and love is not free
The causes are greed
not a right which may be wrong
It never stands for causes
for money is the anthem's song.
Yes! the difference today
is not what is right
It is what you can get
without putting up a fight.
Love seems forgotten
along with our forefathers dreams
For the righteous have become cowards
and innocence is just a dream.
