Jackie's Lady Love
Jackie met
A lady sweet,
They fell in love
In a Paris Street.
Jackie loved
A lady soft,
He held her hand,
And soared aloft.
Jackie loved
A lady kind,
With tender heart,
And clever mind.
Jackie loved
A lady nice,
With singing soul,
And lips of spice.
Jackie loved
A lady good,
With magic eyes
That understood.
Jackie loved
A lady sweet,
They strolled in love,
Down a Paris street.
Jackie lost
His lady love,
Now she smiles at him,
From up above!
Joy Weare.
9th November, 2004.
This poem is for Jackie Kays,
who sadly lost his dear wife,
after 52 years of marriage.
Jackie I send you my love
from across the sea.
...LOL...Joy...xxx
