He comes into her life
Sword drawn and banner flying
Vowing to fight for her love
Even if that means dying
He gives to her a red rose
Symbolic of his heart
Told her to hold it very close
In the times they are apart
His hand brushes against her cheek
Wipes away her crystal tear
Saying a battle for love is never lost
So please, my lady, dont you fear
He rides off to vanquish every foe
That haunts her from the past
She knows that for the first time
There will be a happy ending at last
