My World, My Words

Bashful

For the longest time I didn’t know her name
She smiled back and forth every time I came by
We nerved talked because we were too shy
Or too scared or bashful or had to much shame
We still haven’t talked to this day
Even if we did I wouldn’t know what to say
If I’m lucky she’ll break the ice
Than we can get things stared real nice
If she doesn’t it’ll be all right
I can get it started right
Ill tell a little joke to start the conversation
Make her laugh and get a little information
Like what she likes to do during her relaxation
The sports she likes to play during recreation
And what gets her hot and causes stimulation
If it’s all good and goes as I plan
I might have a chance to be her man
