MERRY CHRISTMAS

Let me be a child again

I cannot think of the year that is rapidly ending,
without thinking of the
Experience provided in the movie:
The Passion of the Christ....

Now we are about to celebrate the
Birthday of this tiny innocent child,
who would grow to manhood,
stroll around in sandals
chatting with sinners,
healing the lame, halt, sick, blind.
He raised the soldier's servant,
the child, and Lazarus !!!!

He preached the sermon on the Mount,
But few understood what it meant.
He spoke in parables, to teach lessons,
He taught us to pray,
Which we repeat by rote,
He gave his life, nailed to a tree,
What kept him there was His Love
for you and me.

I wonder why, when I was a child it was
easier for me, to comprehend, to
understand His Great Love for me.
Children still sing " Away in a Manger"
and "Yes, Jesus Loves Me".

Lord, let the child in me arise,
Let the WONDER fill my heart
and spirit again.
Bring the
JOY OF CHRISTMAS
Back into my life~~~~
And fill me with Your Love
Which has no end.
Lord, let me be a child again.
