My World, My Words

The Front Desk

Have my eyes deceived me
I still can’t believe what I saw yet
Two pretty young ladies
Beautiful as the sunset
They work at the front desk
Answering the phone calls
And any questions they passengers have
They answer them all
Two ladies who are nice and sweet
One talks on the phone a lot
And the other writes real neat
They have names as sweet as a kiss
Ones last name sounds American
And the other sounds like a pasta dish
Their beauty can be seen for miles
With big brown eyes and glowing smiles
Some of their coworkers
Make me wonder about them
Especially their creepy vampire friend
But they are nice ladies in the end
Who are fun to talk with
And help me learn the Italian language
They are nice ladies who need a chance
To go have a good time to drink and dance
They are two ladies who work too hard
Who should buy me drinks with their costa cards
It’s too bad our trip has to end
I feel our relationship is over before it begins
So write me, call me, e-mail me, keep in touch
Cause they are two ladies I will miss very much
