Climb the highest mountain, punch the face of god

Frozen Nights

So hard to crane my neck
And look up at the glittering stars.
Upon the frost I've lain
Back frozen, eyes taken by the sky
With diamonds staring back at me.

Cheated.
The skies gleam the brightest on
Frozen winter nights and I've
Always felt that streetlights
Cheated us from the normal view.

I thought it would make us less weird
To have the sky in common,
But I don't think you see it my way.
