Katy's Christmas MiracleSpending time with Katy~~~~~ My heart's best desire~~~~~ and asking her to tell you the story of her Christmas Miracle ~~~~~~ Let me see if I can find the words~~~~ Katy's Christmas Miracle I've been praying for a puppy, Granna, Praying morning, night and noon, Now I don't know how this will work Cuz Nikki's gonna have a litter soon. Knowing John had been shopping for puppies, And not finding what he sought, I tried to ease the burden she'd bear When her prayers all turned to naught. Even Santa called her from home at the North Pole, Saying he couldn't give every kid a puppy, Cuz that's more than the reindeer's could pull. But I prayed and prayed for this puppy, Granna, and Jesus' always answers prayer. "NO" is also an answer, Katy, Telling her, gently, that I still care. Our big family Christmas, we have on Christmas Eve Day, so the older kids Can be with their Mom, This year, we opened presents in a hurry, For Nikki let us know the "Time had come". So our Christmas was blessed with a "new birth" As we all stood by~~~quiet and beguiled, Watching Life beginning anew, And the prayers of a seven year old child. For Nikki gave birth to one baby, A little Shih Tsu girl pup, Whom Katy named Noel, And on prayer Katy will never give up !!!! Coincidence, they say, is when God choses to remain anonymous, But this Grandma thinks God spent Christmas with us, and I feel, Very Truly Blessed.
