The Mind of Poetry

No I'm Not

I'm not schizophrenic,
But I hear voices in my head.
They talk to me and say my name,
Everytime I go to bed.
Sometimes they scare me,
Yet I know I have a friend.
Those illusions of the invisible,
Journey to no end.
There are days when they tell me,
I'm the most famous person here.
So I announce to the whole world,
Yet everyone looks at me like they don't care.
No I'm not delirious,
Yet I think I'm a superhero in disquise.
Wait!!
I have to help that man out...
Oh come, oh come super power... take rise!
I do have to admit that my strength,
Take some time to come,
Though those voices within my head,
Seem to keep conversing as I begin to run.
No I'm not a weirdo,
Though I hear voices inside my head.
It all comes about when I wake up in the morning,
and stays with me until bed.
