MY MASKED DISGUISE

Dark Voices

As I sit and listen,
not wanting to hear.
Voices in my head,
wishing me fear.

Whispers in the night,
everything is quiet.
Alone in my dreams,
apprehensive and defiant.

Do as they say,
expected to obey them.
Dominated grip in control,
as they feed upon you soul.
