No more could he do
Just, watch her go
Unknowing of the pain
She could not show
His hand in hers
Soft tears too late
For the end of the pain
She could not wait
How fate is so cruel
For in his arms she is strong
To turn back time for a moment
Yet, that moment had gone
Whispered forgive me
Swept from her lips
She closes her eyes
With their parting kiss
