The wisdom I seek
is not of this earth,
it lies in the heavens
where angels fly,
Still I ponder
wondering, Why?
This wisdom escapes
my grasp,
Human nature demands
answers this mortal
world no longer has,
A soul lost in itself
swimming in a sea of regret,
The past ever present
in its memory,
Leaving the heart
isolated and cold,
Not even the beauty of
a sunrise can take away this
unbearable longing to
know what love truely is.....
