Don't abuse your body
One body to live in,
it's the only chance you get.
Don't abuse your body,
you must take care of it.
Eating proper foods,
getting plenty of exercise.
Taking care of your body,
will help you stay alive.
Avoid drinking and smoking,
Avoid any drugs you do.
You may not know it now,
but they are silently killing you.
Take care of your body,
