Goodbye...BF Steve

sweet memories, crumpled and torn
friendship in ages, ruined and scorned
a million apologies to a heart of stone
couldn't pay hard for a friend disowned

grieving...regretting...and hurting still
a pound of pain and betrayal, eternal to feel
of melting words, chocolates, lollipops and roses
making up...trying hard, do I win and he loses?

dazed and confused, time is the master
destiny will dictate to a mind that is clever
devastated, a hard-hit blow...can I still forgive?
tears! shed no more! goodbye BF, goodbye best friend, steve!

~~b~~~e~~~s~~~t~~~f~~~r~~~i~~~e~~~n~~~d~~~s~~~n~~~o~~~m~~~o~~~r~~~e~~

...too many words have spoken, the pain had been caused,
let me enjoy my freedom, away from your clutch...
see for myself if I can still melt this heart of stone!
a strong abider of my pride but Im not the master of my fate.
