Recently a lot has happened
in my family......
And I have been having
to deal with those happenings....
This "Prayer" is a months worth
of struggles~~~~and mere moments
with my Gentle Jesus.......
Awakenings~~~
Seeking to find Peace; to each new day I wake,
Trusting in God's Promise; my sins, I forsake;
Pleading His Blessings over all that I Love.
Raising my Praises to the Heaven's above.
Breezes flutter the newest of leaves,
Soft sunlight plays across sprouts of wheat
The earth warms the roots growing silent below.
Life's bursting forth much quicker than I know.
Forgiveness too, sprouts in the depths of my soul.
Humbling myself; as my own faults take their toll.
Teach me to forgive as I have been forgiven,
Guide me in Your Love, let my steps lead toward Heaven.
