Brittany's Poems

He accomplised HIS GOAL

He'll meet you and sweep you of your feet,
He's nice and funny, so cute and sweet,
Surprisingly, he likes the same things you do,
He's the perfect guy, the one of your dreams,
You belong together, or though it seems…
He looks in your eyes, and plays with your hair,
Telling you that he'll always be there,
His touch is soft, his hold is tight,
His words are soothing, his kiss seems right,
You ditch your best friend for your new obsession,
Not realizing, your futures now full of depression,
You think you know him; you give him your heart,
Little do you know, he's tearing it apart
And when you realize he's no good,
You tell him no, but he acts like he's misunderstood,
You let it slide by, it just careless fun,
But it tears you apart as time goes on,
He's got what he's wanted, he accomplished his goal,
You lost something important, that he evilly stole,
He's taken your purity, you still can't believe,
You feel so hurt and cheap, and extremely naïve,
You know he's an a** you know for a fact,
And you grieve about all the sense you lack,
All you wanted was a little fun,
He took it to far, you wish it had never begun,
You wish that one day you'll see him cry,
That one day he'll know, he killed you inside,
But you know he wont, he's numb to pain,
He'll be with another innocent girl, while you cry and complain,
Don't let guys suck you into their game,
Cause if you loose, like me, you'll never be the same!
