The Mad Hatter
She tried on this
And tried on that,
In every store,
Yes, every hat!
She pulled each one
Onto her head,
Black and grey,
Blue and red!
She oohed and are'd
And softly stroked,
Her hubby heaved
And almost choked!
"Oh not another"
He yelled at her.
"Oh, just one more,
It's possum fur"!
Joy Weare.
