Who is God?

Psalm 68:1-7

Let God be seen and enemies put to flight,
And those who are against be turned away;
Let them be like smoke in a windy might,
As warm wax turns soft in a fiery display.

Let them end before God and His power,
So the righteous can be glad with pleasure;
To be full of joy with each and every hour,
And singing songs of praise in full measure.

Praise His name throughout all of the land,
Extol Him as He is riding upon the cloud;
Heaven and all angels are at His command,
Praise the one called Jah clearly and loud.

For He is a Father to those who have none,
Defender of the widows in His Holy Place;
Those with no friends He shall become one,
He shows mercy on slaves with His grace.

Those who turn away will dwell in desert,
Where the land is blazing just like a fire;
They jilted Him not wanting His comfort,
As their minds wandered in earthly desire.
