Pure As Silver

Locked up in a room that's as dark as night, no wear to go, nothing to do. T.V. don't work, it's as quiet as a pin drop. I'm a go crazy in this little world.

I found paper and I found pen, I'm a sit down, try to stay calm, write a letter or poem and hope that my guardian angel will soon rescue me from this pain.

I remember this little heart shaped locket that's hanging around my neck. I open it up and there's a picture of a family, they're so happy. Do I know these people? Who are they?

I don't remember much 'bout what happened to me. I woke up and in this room is where I was left. I see a light, then I black out. I see the tiny heart shaped locket. I'm scared.

Pure as silver, the locket says. I remember now. This is my room I'm in. This is my family so happy that I hold in my locket. Pure as silver, I remember those words.
