I wrote this recently while taking a computer course, almost every section had something about health and safety.
Health and Safety is a waste of time,
In fact it's more than a heinous crime.
It's computer theory I wish to do,
Not health and safety for a week or two.
I've sixteen certificates, maybe more!
I don't need to add to this illustrious score!
I signed up for an IT course,
Not health and safety which brings remorse.
Let me get on with the job on hand,
It's IT that I don't understand!
Health and safety's coming out of my ears,
I've done too much of it over the years.
Please give credence where credence is due,
Wisdom by Government is long overdue!
I've managed time and I've managed space,
Put health and safety in its proper place.
