Over The Rainbow
Over The Rainbow
I dream often of what is over the rainbow
here lately I wish I was there
because I just know it would be wonderful
joyful, peaceful, free of the hatred of the world
no violence.....guns are never needed
money is not the root of all evil
because over the rainbow you don't need it
there is no sad faces
smiles are everywhere
pain is not known
children are playing without fear of being taken
adults relishing in their second chances
and there is never a reason to not feel good enough
a beautiful release to think of these visions
in my dreams tonight I will make the trip once again
to the welcoming life
over the rainbow.....
