A Mothers Love
As time goes by, I watch you grow
You`re thirty-three today.
But darling I want you to know
I see you still at play.
A mothers love goes on and on
No matter what your age.
My child when your life seems cruel
Just turn another page.
Joy waits on every corner
`Though sometimes there is pain
Walk on boldly, head held high
And start your life again.
Some people can be fickle
Not really give a damn
You my dear are far to good
For that kind of man.
Make this birthday special
Believe that you will find
Someone to love you dearly
Who`s clean and good and kind.
So have a happy day today
Remember when your low
That I will always love you
A mother does you know.
