How It Should Be
Make this all go away
see I never wanted this to become
a pain in some hearts
I spoke my peace
no matter the outcome
I stand up for my beliefs
I shouldn't be punished for speaking my thoughts
the freedom of speech is still the law
all this fighting and disruption
has really no place here
and never should it be
We are or should be all here for the same reason
to share poetry without fear
of words used as swords
let's agree we don't see eye to eye
and leave all this cattiness behind
gotta problem take it to private message
can't we treat each other with respect in public?
none of us in fairness have never met eye to eye
so how can anyone really not like someone
they have never laid eyes on
it's beyond me......
