You expect too many things you know
But sadly the real world is not like that
You expect the best in people to show
But your expectations fall out the hat
You expect your days not to change
To go on forever like there's no end
Believe me sooner or later they will
But it could be for better things my friend
Life changes every minute and day you know,
It doesn't matter if you see it or not, it shows,
In all the things you say or do, they will flow,
So grab on your hat, and make them all glow
Remember that things will always happen to you,
But God who's in control, will see you through.
