Shining Star
Shining star that shines so bright,
You're the one that fills my heart with delight.
Shining star that's far and near,
You're the twinkle that I hear.
Shining star that calls my name,
I hope I one day will be in fame.
Oh shining star so pretty in the sky,
Take me to see the world so high.
Shining star, shining star,
You're the one I see in everyone's eyes.
Shining star, shining star,
I never want to say "Goodbye".
Shining star, yellow or white,
Gleaming peacefully at night.
Shining star, the perfect one,
You're forever in my sight.
