Panic Attacks Don't Have Spots!There she sits, with a painful heart, Crying in the corner alone, No-one there to comfort her, And no-one there at home! Her heart hurts so deep, So broken has she been… So she's hidden away from the world, So her pain can-not be seen! She hides behind the darkened shadow, In the corner of the room, All she feels is sadness… Surrounded in doom and gloom! For years she's been indoors, So afraid to go outside, No sun on her face! And nowhere for her to hide! You can't tell when you look at her, With what it is that she ails, And you don't know the reasons… Why her face always pales! People see her in misery – See her locked inside her home… She never opens the door, And she is always, always alone. They think that she is odd, Because she won't come outside, They laugh at her, because they don't know… Why it is she's locked inside! You can't see her problem, And you can't see her plight, But a problem it is, and a fight it is, Morning, noon and night! You see, panic attacks don't have spots, You can't see there's a problem there, So instead, they make such fun… And that really isn't fair! Just because you can't see the problem, Doesn't mean that its not there, So please, don't judge others, Because that really isn't fair! Not every complaint can be seen, You can never always tell… The reasons why the person hurts, Or why they live a life in hell!
