I Think......
I meant to tell you yesterday
how your smile radiated my world
and how the light danced in your eyes
as you were standing there
I searched my soul for clever ways to say the words
but never quite could find the perfect sentence
so today I just say....
I think you're wonderful
and it just takes my breath away
I think you're magical
and when I'm with you
if my heart beats could be translated
then you would hear
I think you're beautiful....
I placed this poem
On your nightstand as you slept
will you touch it to your lips
every time you think of me
I try to show you with these little things I do
that one thing never changes
when it comes to you
I think you're wonderful
and it just takes my breath away
