I Shall Believe
On a highway, just today
I saw your lovely face
it was music from a distance
burning proof
could you be here to rescue me?
clear my mind and make me free?
just stain my mind baby
with all these fantasies
cuz foolish or not I shall believe
When the waves break
you are never out of my mind
wreckage from the dark
standing on this mountain is the story
told a million times
it's a garden complete with a bed
made to rest these eyes
from the toll of this world
there's a comfort to this softness
cuz baby you gonna save me
from what I have become
you gonna make me more
than I was yesterday
just take my hand
the simple gesture
and from now on I shall believe.....
