I am infinitely amazed
At the audacity of some,
Who perceive others as so completely inept
At being able to discern truth from lies.
True words happily dance on air
From the speaker's lips
To the listener's ears.
Lies strike a dissonant chord
Causing the listener to cringe abhorrently,
Creating a huge chasm between them.
But the irony is this....
The truth always makes its dramatic appearance
In the end.
