Oklahoma, Oklahoma, is a place I want to be
Oklahoma, in Oklahoma, lives a special lady
Oklahoma, Oklahoma, I wish London was in your state
Until Then Oklahoma I'll leave it up to fate

Oklahoma, Oklahoma, a fortress for my heart
Oklahoma, Oklahoma, is where I dream after dark
Oklahoma, Oklahoma, one day I'll visit you
Until then Oklahoma, I'll wait across these seas of blue

Oklahoma, my Oklahoma thank you for your gift
Oklahoma, oh Oklahoma a gift I long too kiss
Oklahoma, Oklahoma, you are a part of me
Until then Oklahoma, we'll simply wait and see?

(2006) I have traveled far and wide in my 33yrs, but never have i been blown away and left speechless, than my first trip to Oklahoma. My experience of America up until then, been New York, Boston, LA. Cites and NY being very much like London and the European cities but larger..Oklahoma was nothing what i had expected..but it was for me an experience i will never forget and journey in my life i do not regret! It is still very much in my heart. However when i came back to Oklahoma on my 2nd visit, i found it peaceful, laid back, friendly and never have i been so calm and relaxed and at peace for a long time. When people ask me of my time in Oklahoma i was always tell them that it was a place where i was happy! Admittedly the company i was with, also made my experience of Oklahoma a very special one. I miss it and i miss the company too, everyday......Driving down route 66, is a memory I'll never forget....
