Poor Mrs. Clause

Mrs. Clause runs
Through the house,
She's chasing after
A furry little mouse.

She swats at him
Breaks dishes along the way,
She trips over the carpet
The little guy got away.

She spent all morning
Cleans up the house,
She would be fine
If it weren't for the dang mouse.

Santa walks in the door
"What's going on my dear?"
"GET OUT OF THE WAY SANTA,
JUST STAND CLEAR!"

You should have seen her
It was a real hoot,
She's wrecking her house
And chasing a mouse to boot.

Poor old lady
Needs a vacation,
Santa should take her place
So she can go to the train station.

Or, better yet
She should travel in Santa's sleigh,
Fly through the air with the reindeer
That ought to make the mouse go away.

Poor woman. She works so darn hard. She needs some time off.
