Dry Desert LandLord, many of us have walked the dry and desert land. We have called out to You, take us by the hand? Lead, guide and direct us, in the way we should go. We are here Lord, with Your Words in us, to sow. As You reveal Yourself in us, our whole being. Give us Your Spirit not of this world, that we have been seeing. We humble ourselves under Your mighty right Hand We keep our focus on You, so we may live and stand. Speak into us, dry bones, rise up and walk. As we are healed, Your words come forth that we may talk. Lord You have reached out to us down through the years. Our eyes were covered Lord, as we cried out, through our tears. We have forsaken Your Word in our life. Now Lord, please change us, as You drive out the strife. We humble ourselves, to You, as You do lead. We thank You Father, our spirit, You do feed. Come, Lord Jesus, in all of Your glory. You love the world so much, we need to tell Your story. Thank You, for the voice of You that we do hear. Thank You, for wiping our eyes, and removing our fear. Complete Your perfect work, we plead. As we go forth, planting Your seed. Lord as this work goes forth from You Open eyes to see, what You would have us do. Debra McGee Trammell 01- 24-06 Genesis 37:15-16 15 Now a certain man found him, and there he was, wandering in the field. And the man asked him, saying, "What are you seeking?" 16 So he said, "I am seeking my brothers. Please tell me where they are feeding their flocks." Jeremiah 31:1-4 1"At the same time," says the Lord, "I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be My people." 2 Thus says the Lord: "The people who survived the sword Found grace in the wilderness-- Israel, when I went to give him rest." 3 The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: "Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you. 4 Again I will build you, and you shall be rebuilt, O virgin of Israel!
