Pray

I look up into the Heavens
To see if I can see Jesus
But all I see is the
Darkened night sky.

So I bow my head
And close my eyes.
I lift my hands
In prayer for you.

I pray that I will
Be alright, that
I'll be safe. I
Pray for those lost souls.

Pray for my family,
Pray for my friends,
Pray for my animals,
Pray to see God's face.

I'm just a little girl
With big dreams and hopes.
Just a little girl who
Has faith in Christ.

When I look at the faces
Of many boys and girls my age,
I see so much trouble, pain,
And hurt in there eyes.

I know they're not saved
So I invite them to church.
To ask Jesus into their hearts,
To believe and let Him come in.

So I pray with them for as
A little girl myself, I
Know that being saved is
Marvelous and great.

I bow my head and
I close my eyes.
I lift up my hands
In prayer to You.

I pray that YOU save them,
Pray that YOU heal them,
Pray that YOU guide them,
Jesus, I pray even for myself.

People are crying as
The tears down there faces.
They give each other hugs
Even to the little ones that just got saved.

Halleijuah, Glory to God, oh
Redeemer, Saviour, and Friend,
I'm glad that I can count on you.
Oh I'm glad someone got saved today.

I hear someone else say, just a little
Boy about four or five years old, ask
Me where is God? So I told him that
God is standing beside him. He's in his heart.

I even asked Jesus one day when I was blue,
Are you there God? I need you.
I felt His presence in front of me,
I knew that my King was there.
