A Love So True

As I listen to the rain fall down,
I sit up in my bed and write,
I'm about to burn up as I unbutton my shirt,
Just got off the phone with a love so true.

Looking at the time as it says "1:10am",
Knowing my phone might ring in 3 hours,
I told him to remind me to button my shirt,
Oh my William is a love so true.

Seeing the spark in his eyes,
Hearing the desire in his voice,
Feeling the fire in his touch,
My passionate baby is a love so true.

Staring at the picture of me and him,
Wishing I was with him or him here,
The radio plays a country song,
I love Jack, a love so true.
