Heights Unknown!When we are born we never know, Just what in life we will see! Don't know what our hopes and dreams are, But we should aspire to all we can be! So as life passes us by, on this path, With twists and bends and many a turn, We should always do it to our best, A lesson each one of us shall learn! So you think you can only do this and that, And the other is way out of scope! So you let it go, give up the fight, In effect, you lose your hope! But you should always be the best you can! And strive for more as you reach for the sky! Never back down, or give up! And never fail that it will make you cry! So that wall ahead looks too high? And you think you won't succeed! So you walk away, and don't even try! Thinking you haven't got what you need! And as life goes on, so you plod along, Achieving only what you think you can achieve! And only do what you know you can! Because that's what you believe! So you look to the sky, what do you see? You see a sky, can you touch the cloud? Not in the physical sense you can't, But imagination is very much allowed! We are allowed to dream inside our head, But also knowing we didn't fail- Just because at times things are out of reach, As through life you sail! But I am a believer of this fact, We don't have to stop trying, that's wrong! But strive forwards, always forwards! And gain that goal you so long! So never give up, never concede!
