GOOD NIGHT GENTLEMAN

Silky's not here
Neither are you
You're not coming there
To where there are better things to do

You have to flee
Live your own life
You won't take me
In your lap like a wife

I must be too boring
The TV is off
Or is it my snoring
Perhaps the way that I cough

Could it be the way
I beg for sex with you
Is it what I say
Or is it what I do

Would it be your selfish way
That's too important to give up
Is it because of Friday's
And how we live it up

Is it that I'm not tuned in
Because your voice turns me on
So then I'm not a listening
Because I ache to bond

My eating habits are whenever
About all those sports I'm not too clever
Unlike you I don't have a routine
When jealous, I am darn right mean

Too mean for a man
With a "old girlfriend" roommate
I don't understand
Then my anger drives hate

Out in my voice
To get rid of my pain
Where I feel I have no choice
Or I will go insane.
